    Here at Hound House, we believe your shopping experience should be convenient and enjoyable. We are committed to protecting your privacy and security, as well as bringing you quality products and outstanding customer service. Our products are hand-selected, hand-crafted, vintage, or antique one-of-a-kind pieces. We often find perfection in imperfection and will portray our products accurately in photographs. All sales are final and non-refundable. Any comments or concerns, please contact us within 3 days from the date of receipt.

    Privacy and Security

    We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information.

    PayPal Payment Method

    You get an extra layer of security when you use PayPal. That’s because all your financial information (like your credit card number) is securely stored and encrypted on PayPal’s servers, so you don’t need to share your financial information with us.

    Sales Tax

    Sales tax is only charged to items shipped to a Connecticut address.

    Order Cancellation

    Orders ship via USPS within 72 business hours of order receipt. Once your order ships, we will not be able to cancel or recall the order from the shipper. If you need to cancel your order prior to shipping, contact us immediately and we will do our best to satisfy your request.

    Return Policy

    We do not offer returns at this time. If your product has arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 business of days of receipt with a picture of the damaged product to receive a replacement at no cost.

    Shipping/Tracking your Package

    Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with the date of shipment, tracking number, and a link to the shipper’s website to view the tracking details of your package.

    International Shipments

    We regret we cannot currently process orders outside the continental United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    Hound House reserves the right to make changes to any policy. Policy changes will be posted.
